Dr. Kepner joined Northwest Medical Homes as our first pharmacist in 2019. Before moving to Oregon, Dr. Kepner received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and completed a Community Practice Residency with a focus in mental health at The Centers for Families and Children in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Kepner's passion as a pharmacist is working with patients one on one to help them achieve the best health they can, whether that's as a coach, teammate, or a personal cheerleader. She strives to provide each patient she meets with comprehensive medication education so that they can be an informed participant in their own health. Dr Kepner also enjoys serving as our Residency Program Coordinator and having opportunities to teach both the students and residents during their time at NWMH.



In her free time, Nicole enjoys trying new recipes and traveling around the world.
