Blake is a native of Illinois. He grew up in Riverton, just outside the capital city, Springfield. He attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale as an undergraduate, earning a degree in Biological Sciences. He then made the transition out to Oregon, obtaining his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Blake is passionate about placing the patient first, truly listening to the needs of the patient and working in conjunction with them on a plan forward for their best overall health.

Outside of the clinic, Blake enjoys watching and playing sports of all varieties. He enjoys exploring this new area he calls home by trying the local cuisine, listening to different local bands at entertainment venues and hiking to see the views that Eugene has to offer.
