An Oregon native, Dr. Onysko earned her PharmD degree from OSU/OHSU College of Pharmacy. She completed her residency at Providence Medical Group in Portland in 2007. After serving as a faculty member at the University of Wyoming for 12 years she returned home to Springfield, where she currently serves as Springfield Family’s Ambulatory Care PGY2 Residency Director.

Mary believes that the best patient care is provided when primary care providers, behavioral health providers and pharmacists can work together under one roof.

In her spare time, she can be found cooking or gardening with her husband, exercising at the local CrossFit gym, or on the soccer field with her son.
