Midwest native, Dr. Sara Puchalla earned her PharmD degree from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in Milwaukee, WI in 2019. She completed her first-year residency at Providence Sacred Heart Anticoagulation and Pharmacotherapy Clinic in Spokane, WA and is currently completing her second-year residency here at Springfield Family Physicians. Sara is excited to continue her pharmacy career with the clinic after finishing her residency this coming summer. Her passions include working directly with patients to help manage their chronic conditions through medication management and lifestyle modifications.

In her spare time, Sara loves exploring everything the Pacific Norwest has to offer with her husband and husky, running, and cooking. She especially enjoys the wonderful hikes and waterfalls in Oregon and Washington.
